Stealing Duck Stamp funds

Folks. Please call the Legislative Sargent-At-Arms office and leave a message for Senator John Campbell.
It is common knowledge that waterfowl hunters must buy a Federal and state "duck stamp". The funds generated from the sale of these stamps is used to improve waterfowl habitat and supporting programs.
Now Senator Campbell is trying to steal this money to help pay the General Fund shortfall of monies. The stamp money is "designated money" and Senator Campbell needs to keep his hands off this fund.
Call him at the State House 1-800-322-5616. Tell him how you feel about his proposed theft of your money.
