SPECIAL TRUSTEE MEETING
APRIL 18, 2012

A Special Meeting of the Alburgh Village Trustees was called to order at 7:15 pm by Chairman, Wendy Tatro. All the Trustees were present along with the Clerk, Carol Cleland.

The purpose of the meeting was to adopt a Resolution to extend the line of credit regarding the Water Plant Upgrade and for the Trustees to sign the Warning for the Annual Meeting.

A motion was made by Beth Savage and seconded by Troy Lund to sign a new note for a line of credit of $ 400,000.00 to finish up the Construction for the Water Plant Upgrade, motion carried. The note was signed and Wendy Tatro will get it back to Government

Banking. All Trustees signed the Warning. 

A motion to adjourn was made by Wendy Tatro and seconded by Patrick Hayes, motion carried, the meeting adjourned at 7:15pm.
